HOWL says they deliver worldwide, but they didn’t give me a heads-up about customs fees on my order. Brexit is clearly causing some headaches for shipping to Europe. When I raised my concerns about the unexpected charge, HOWL was taken aback but really helped me out. Their customer service showed great understanding.

My experience was fantastic! I really dig their products and the support team was super helpful. The only hiccup came from our national delivery service, 'La Poste,' specifically with Collisimo. Honestly, this service is terrible; they never ring your doorbell, don’t leave the package in your mailbox, and they have the key to do so but just don’t take the package with them. Instead, they send it back to a pickup point. This time, they hit me with a 14€ fee! Usually, it’s a 19.6% tax, but for this package, they wanted 60%! Collisimo by La Poste is the worst! Seriously, go with UPS any day.

I was really taken aback by the genuine care and thoughtfulness that goes into Howl. My order arrived with the CBD Silicone Lube, all wrapped up in tissue paper and lovely packaging. They even included some stickers, a postcard, and a zine - it honestly felt like I had ordered from Etsy 😂. The lube itself feels great on the skin and isn’t overly greasy. The only downside was that I paid for express shipping, but it still took a bit longer than expected, and I would’ve appreciated more tracking updates. Other than that, I’m super pleased!

This stuff feels great... I'd suggest it to anyone wanting to add a little excitement to their intimate moments.

I ordered some stuff, but two items didn’t make it into the package. I shot an email to HOWL about it, and they got back to me right away. They sent the two missing items plus an extra one as a way to say sorry. Awesome customer service, and the lube is fantastic!
